1. What are the 2 most important improvements that Recon Monitor has offered your
organization?
We now have a crystal clear idea of what we are spending on reconditioning and where.
We are also able to
get trucks to the front line much quicker than ever before.
2. What kind of net profit improvement do you expect from using Recon Monitor?
At a minimum, we expect to be able to
eliminate 1 full time position within
the branch. We expect to be able to
reduce our reconditioning costs
by as much as 10-20%. I also believe that due to the audit stage built
into the process that our front line trucks will sell quicker, for more money with
fewer comebacks. It is hard to put a number on that... Priceless.
3. What kind of experience has it been working with AMT team and their ability to
customize your software?
Fantastic!
AMT support has exceeded my expectations. Everyone
at AMT is always available when I call or email. I have been especially impressed
with their ability to remotely install/modify and customize my work PC’s to integrate
as needed with your software (ReconMonitor). Everything I have asked for so far
has been accommodated. I only wish the rest of my suppliers treated me as you do.
