Why not Automate Invoicing?

For this reason we created a feature that enables you to automatically email invoices to your customers the instant that they are available. It is incredibly easy to setup, and is a powerful way to ensure that invoices are sent immediately. This can lead to an increase in cash flow, and reduce the time spent in the office preparing and emailing invoices out manually.

Here is how it works. Enter the email address for each contact that you want for the Invoices to be sent to in the back-office, then select the box, that says “Email Invoices to Customer”, once completed all synchronized invoices will be sent automatically.



Another new feature that we have recently added is the ability to send email’s from your corporate domain. If you are an existing customer and want to get this setup, send an email to reconsupport@automobiletechnologies.com with "Corporate Email Setup" in the subject line.
